Good Morning,
I went to the uscis local office. The officer told my case SRC-****7236 (765) Renewal was denied on 06/25/2010. He didn’t have the denial details. He told he will send an email to Texas USCIS asking the details. He also told my 485 motion approved and my recent travel document approved but strange that they denied EAD.
Unfortunately we (Myself & Lawyer) never received a denial notice.
My EAD is expiring sep 3rd. I know mostly they denied by without seeing my 485 motion approval.I am requesting denial notice by opening SR
Help me and suggest to overcome this SITUATION (Another wrong denial by USCIS.)

I filed 140 to VSC. Would it be transfered to TSC. It is still pending. I got a RFE on 140. Should i send the docs to VSC or TSC. Can anyone please answer this.

All EB priority dates for July 2007 is current. Hence everyone can go for concurrent filing right away.

How about you become core member and involve in overall efforts related to lobbying.
I promote more direct efforts like rally, mails etc than lobbying.
I never said current core members are not doing their job. I said that lobbying companies may be over charging where we don't have control.

Was your interview an "initial interview"? was the spouse with you?
I am taking all documents, but what specifially they look for? I am confused by what they mean "Originals and copies of all supporting documents submitted with the application"? Does this mean documents submitted with I-485 or labor certificate?

Yes, keep all you honest opinion within your self until your shackles are removed. We all know the visa status H1B is exploting point for some consulting firms and employers. Knowing this I do not understand what is the need of expressing "my desire NOT to stay with him any longer than I need to"
Keep this desire within your self and keep the GC ball rolling until you get some command. But you have already said so. With my experience, I would say the employers and attorneys have very good relationship which they are supposed to have. With this relationship, they will find all the means to do whatever they desire to do. So be patient and butter your employer and get your job done.

You started working for Company B before or after the H1 transfer receipt notice ?
is LCA for H1 filed after you joined company B - is it legal ?
Its likely possible you may have signed some contract with them in the offer letter, you can keep the communication only thru emails. And ask them for a copy for the basis for their standing.

This is smart idea. Will convey the message to right people.
This idea was floated a few years back, but then we did not have the win of a flower campaign behind us.
We now have a senator to focus our energies on - Dick Durbin.
How about everybody with a US degree send a copy of the diploma in a packet to Sen Durbin with a message - Dont hold us hostage because of a few bad apples..something to that nature?
Alternatively we can send it to Sen Obama asking him to please let the senior senator from illinois, sen Durbin, know we are high skilled immigrants - dont hold us hostage because of a few bad apples.

You may port the PD as well as get 3 yrs extension based on previously approved I-140 regardless of employer as long as I-140 is not revoked.
I am in my 8 yr. Have a H1-B approved Untill 2008 Dec
Have a EB3 Approved Labor and 140 from Company A.
Now as of today if I move to Company B ...

This does not give you EAD status. It is just a pre-registration. EAD is given at actual I-485 filing and not at pre - registration.
And this rule has been discussed by USCIS over for few years, but never implemented. And implementing it only adds one more additional step to the journey, with no EAD benefits.

I had the same thing happen to me, applied PP on June19, it reached on 20th got approved on June21. Status still shows pending, but the lawyer got the approval notice with an A# to boot...
Just to update, I got a CRIS mail that I was approved on the June21 and the online status changed to approved today....thats more than 2 weeks after the lawyer got the approval notice...snail mail seems faster then online notifications....why is everything so Topsy turvy with these guys only !!

3+3 are routinely accepted. I would be shocked if this is the reason. You should know the reason very soon. I know it is very hard to wait, but there is no choice.
In my case, it was B.Sc + M.C.A (3 + 3) years education and applied it on EB2 Category. I know of a lot of cases with M.C.A approved on EB2 category. So, I am not sure if this would be reason for it.

The IRS can't produce transcripts older than 3 years.
There's a form you can fill out and pay $39/return and takes up to 60 days, but even on this one it says: "records older than 7 years may not be available as it's admissable by law that they be distroyed".

summaries of each bill introduced on the issue
and notifies subscribers in advance of any
important actions on Capitol Hill, such as this
week's markup. As such, the group was expected to
send an alert asking those supporters living in
states represented by members of the Senate

"With the Senate Judiciary Committee expected to mark up its version of the immigration bill Thursday, groups on either side of the issue have geared up for a hard fight, and the vehemence and intractability of either side should make compromise particularly difficult for lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
"A unique coalition of divergent interest groups have rallied in support of a bill introduced by Sens. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.).
"he fact that the Chamber of Commerce needs comprehensive immigration reform is very good," said Flavia Jimenez, an outreach director for the National Council of La Raza, a Hispanic advocacy organization.
"Members of the business community also appreciate working with groups such as La Raza because it allows the overarching coalition to communicate with Republicans and Democrats alike on Capitol Hill.
"It's nice actually to get to work with these guys," said John Gay, a senior vice president for government affairs with the National Restaurant Association, which co-chairs the Essential Worker Immigration Coalition (EWIC), a group of more than 40 business and trade associations seeking comprehensive reform.
"Because the many groups within this broad coalition have slightly different priorities, they must communicate regularly to push common themes. In the end, these organizations are all fighting for what they consider the best interests of their dues-paying members.
"Despite the breadth of interest groups
advocating an expanded guest-worker program,
the enforcement-only crowd makes considerably
more noise on Capitol Hill, if the flood
of mail, e-mail and phone calls to member
offices is any indication."

Where is the best place to learn Peoplesoft ? What is future scope of Peoplesoft ? Also where is a good place to learn SAP or Oracle Financials ?
Do local Univ or Community colleges - Computer Science or MIS departments offter these classes ? Does one need to learn C to learn these applications ?
My only prior programming experience is in Basic and Fortran languages eons ago.
A lot of Indian consulting companies offer training prior to marketing yoour resume. Check them out, some medium size ones, big ones have purchased training licences and fulltime trainers in ERP packages like Oracle Finaicials, Peoplesoft, Siebel etc... Though all these are now owned by Oracle.
A good way to enter IT as you have an MBA is try to get into Data warehousing. This woouldd involve a lot of Oracle traning and there are a lot of companies who give beefore they place you on projects. But remember that once you go through consulting companies, andd based on the fact they trained you and placed you, they will pay you a average deceent salary butwill charge the cllient tons of money and client would expect you to work for whhat he gives

Have you ever participated any of the IV's campaign on various issues. Have you ever volunteered your time or donated money.
If no, you deserve this and rot in hell. There is no solution and you people are running to IV only when disastor strikes. But its too late.

I have the notice of action for my I-140 approval. It doesn't mention an A# anywhere. Are you sure about this?
