I called my Civil Surgeon yesterday and asked her if she was willing to fill out a new I-693 form because it has been changed. Well, she was willing to fill out but said the old data (May 2008) is not valid, precisely TB test/Blood work/Physical exam. I thought it was ridiculous because all she had to do was validate her own results from the last exam. She was open for validating any vaccination records but not her own tests that she conducted.
I really don't want to spend $200/person again for the tests which she has already conducted. Anyways. I guess I'll have to pay her and get the new forms signed.
Is anyone in the same situation?

Is this RFE on your pending 485? What service center is this at? TSC or NSC.
Also what you can do is request IRS transcripts for year 1999-2000 if you cannot find the returns.

Consulting firm is a direct vendor to the client and they transferred my H1 offerrin' me FT
This was the offer they pay $x on a daily basis -- W2
$65k -- they will mention in H1 and the remaining amount as per the W2 they will pay as bonus once every 3 months, tht's wht the agreetment is.
In the contract i was mentioning it says in case i fail to provide services to the vendor i am suposed to pay all the expenses they spent on me but the thing is client rejected the offer and there was no job @ all and they stopped floating my resume, askin' me to find a job myself.
This is the email i received.... but the thing is i never started at all bcoz of clients rejection based on credit report.
You and vendor entered into an agreement on or about March 8th 2010. According to the agreement you were to provide your services to Vendor by working on a project for our client UBS. Your services were to commence on March 22, 2010
To date, you have not fulfilled your obligations nder the agreement and thus youare required to pay Vendor the total sum of amounts for obtaining your work authorisation along with the cost of obtainig your background check.
If i am still not clear please let me knw

People who did BSc and BA...have gotten thier Gc approved recently...by getting pre-approved..LC's applying in e2-rir even though they do not qualify in EB2.people who did MS from top schools and stayed with good companies are in e2/ e3 categories are in BEC.....What an irony..

You can still come as a student if your intent is to study in US but if you want them to hand over GC after you complete a degree then dont come ..You may have got master/phd degree from top universities which does not mean you qualify for immediate GC.. If you feel that people with BSC or BA have cheated the system so are you... Student Visa is to Study in US but not for Permanent Immigration to US
